Contest Chairman Resources The resources available on this page are designed to help American Legion Post and District Oratorical Contest Chairmen effectively facilitate the local certification process.The materials may also help students, parents and teachers gain a better understanding of how the contest operates. Remember students must be certified by a local post or district before participating in the state contest.
